I search for network monitoring tools for OpenBSD. Is there any of them to give statistics out through Web Server?

Try ntop www.ntop.org I don't know about openbsd, but works great with solaris. You can also try MRTG www.mrtg.org Both have graphical tools. MRTG creates jpgs/gifs and ntop is accessed directory through a web browser, real-time!
