Manipulate sudo

Please help

I have successfully implemented sudo but the problem is that we are 5 system administrators and I do not want one administrator to su to another administrator using sudo. How can I set it up in the sudoers file. Please help thanks

sorry you'll also have to set:

Cmnd_Alias SU = /usr/bin/su, /usr/bin/sudo
Cmnd_Alias VISUDO = /usr/sbin/visudo
