In linux , am using ssh command to connect other sytem bt one error is coming like 'loss connection'.how can i get the coonection with ssh,ftp is working fine bitween both system.

Have you already checked the firewall settings to allow ssh from another computer?

You might also check, on which interfaces ssh is listening by using:
netstat -tapn
