HI ,

I have input like this
A B C
104|1|1
101|1|2
103|1|2
100|1|3
102|1|3

107|2|1
100|2|3
106|2|3

108|3|1
103|3|3
102|3|6

I need to compare all rows in which B column having ' 1 'data in it with B column havuing '2' data in it...if the A column present in B with 1 is present in B with 2 then I have to link the both by merging them together by making all the B's as '1' and I have to delete the duplicate row in which
C's value c's value is low...Please let me know how to do it..

The same to be followed for all the rows..

So o/p i need is like this

101|1|2
102|1|3
107|1|1
106|1|3
108|3|1
103|3|3
102|3|6
