What are the best books and websites to learn to install and use Linux. There is just too much, its hard to start. What I have read seems incomplete.

Well, there are quite a few Linux books-- some are excellent while others can be horrible. As a beginners guide, I'd recommend Mark Sobell's Practical Guide to Linux, or Using Linux Special Edition.
