IRC Timestamp Format?

I wasn't sure about posting this here, but I definatly didn't believe it belonged in any Windows forum. I believed since alot of IRC stuff is done on UNIX this might be a good place.
I am getting logs like this:
#Lounge-22082004141126.log
I can read most of the date/timestamp
the 22082004 is Aug 22, 2004. But what on earth is 141126?
I can't see that in any part of the current date. Would that make sense to be 11:14:26 in
24 hour format?

Yes, 24-hour time, but that would be 14:11:26 (2:11 PM and 26 seconds).
