The IP address of NT Server is 2.0.5.1
The IP address of SCO Server is 1.0.4.1
What can I do to ping form NTServer to SCO Server successfully.

An act of god might help but I don't think so. First of all make sure the subnet mask is the same on both machines. If the Subnet mask is 255.255.255.0, then the 2 machines have to have the same net work number which in this case is the first 3 sets of numbers in the ip address. on the one machine it is 2.0.5 and on the other machine it is 1.0.4. These 2 machines are said to be on different networks. To make a long story short, make the first 3 sets of numbers the same and the last number different on both machines and they will talk to each other just fine.

I have a problem too! I have 2 comps on my network, host is 192.168.0.1 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0 and the client is 192.168.0.2 subnet 255.255.255.0 BUT I am unsure about what protocols and stuff belong in EACH computer network list (when you right-click on network neighbourhood, properties). I am running win98 on both machines. I am running a Realtek 8029 on the host and unsure or the remote. I am unsure of setting networks up, i have got it to a stage where we can share each others printer and files. PLEASE HELP ME OUT, IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF FILES, PROGRAMS ETC I WILL HELP YOU OUT ! Thanks in advance guys!
