ioscan can't work

I can't use ioscan on my RedHat, is that any command I can use on my RedHat to display the same info when I do a ioscan on a HPUX?

Please check the site http://www.unixguide.net/unixguide.shtml which gives a good equivalent commands for different flavours of Unix Operating Systems.
