Installing SCO 5.0.4 on Compaq ML350

I am trying to install SCO 5.0.4 on Compaq ML350 Server, but after many tires, I came to know from Compaq 5.0.4 can not be installed in this server, so I have to get the version 5.0.5 or 5.0.6
When I checked with my software vendor the upgrade is about $700 is there any other way to get a free or a less prices upgrade version of SCO 5.0.5 or 5.0.6

Summary: Our software team has delayed moving from version 5.0.4 of SCO so we are looking at making a copy of the media we can send to customers along with a SCO license. The CD is copyrighted any ideas on way...
