I have a question for you.
Where can I get a copy of the Unix OS?
Is it downloadable or do I have to buy it?
I want to learn it.

I run solaris nt and win98 all on the same hard drive. The unix os should be the last to be installed. Install win then nt and finally unix. I also have a copy of solaris 2.6 if you are willing to trade for a copy of sco.

I am trying to install SCO OPEN Server V from CD. When it comes to boot : prompt I use 'defbootstr ahslink=atapi' as I have got IDE CD drive. Then it asks me to put ATAPI floppy in the FDD. But it does not recognize it and says 'Sorry, that volume does not contain the atapi package'.

Can you suggest something?

SCO OpenServer 5.0.x DOS 6.2x and Win-95 work well together. Install DOS 6.2x first. This is important. The FAT Dir type will be wrong if you start at Win-95. Install Win-95 next. Next install SCO. You must begin SCO at the top of a cyl. Use Custom Install with divvy. You will be able to access DOS/Win file systems via mount /dev/0sC /C: if done this way. Also, if you have logial DOS/Win drives on the same physical drive you access those via /dev/0sD, etc. If you have more than one hard drive include a unix file system ( after DOS file-systems ).
Win-98/NT file-systems are not SCO frendly. They can co-exist on the same hard dirve but you will be reduced to doing SCO and DOS fdisk operations to change Operating Systems.
The SCO VisionFS product in conjuntion with the Win-95 PowerTerm product are a great combination if you "telnet" systems.
