HPUX Disk size of zero on HP715/50 HELP!!!

Using 10.20 on HP 715/50. Trying to do a fresh install. 2 internal drives connected via scsi (5( and (6). During bootup it queries drives and states. " disk at 2/0/1.5.0 reported size of zero". Returns me to the ISL prompt. Tried to loadfile mediainit but returns I/O error.What do I need to do to these disk? I know they are good disk. Please help
