My best guess is 5.0.6. Since the older versions of SCO are not compatible with the motherboards. To be safe I would go with that. If you can use anything you want then for the G5 go to 5.0.7 or 6.0.
6.0 has more complete Internet Software, Apache 2.2, PHP 5.x, etc.
