Hi,
I checked the Hardware support list and my CMI8738 6 channel integrated sound card, but it soesn't say wich module it is so I can kldload it or compile it into the kernel. Drivers on the official webpage are not to be found (or scarce). And another thing: When I check from windows the serial number of the card is somewhat 9xxx, but there are no such cards existing, only some codecs.
1. wich one is the kernel module for CMI8738?
2. what means the CMI9xxx serial?
Alex.
