how to do comparision

I have a list of directories like in unix
1)v1.0.2.0,
2)v1.0.3.0,
3)v1.0.3.2,
4)v1.0.3.1,
5)v1.0.4.1,
6)v1.0.5.0,
7)v1.0.6.0,
8)v2.0.0.0,
9)v3.3.0_v3.3.1,
10)v3.3.0_patch.
I each directory i have a file called LIST_CKSUM.csv.In this .csv file i have n no of scripts.I have to compare each csv file with the following directories.for example if I select 2 option the LIST_CKSUM.csv should compare with previous version i.e. v1.0.2.0

How to compare can u please help me out
