How do I decrypt shadow file, which contains encrypted passwords in Qnx?

the encryption is one way. You can encrypt a string and compare it to the stored encrypted string but you cannot decrypt it.

Which is why you use a program like john the ripper to try all the diffrent combos =)

Not sure if it has QNX support though, are you just trying to decrypt a QNX shadow file or a shadow file on QNX.
