Reply: (edit)Easy: Go to Control Center, click on the plus sign next to boot. Click on Boot Disk, insert disk (diskdrake will format it automatically) click create disk. I'm only using the "default" option.

Reply: (edit)I want to make my Athlon run on RedHat Linux 6.2, which doesn't support this brand of processor. The Red Hat site recommends that I append a fake Intel serial number onto lilo.conf and I did, but the computer still crashes unless I supply the serial at lilo during bootup. Windows ME doesn't support lilo, so I use a boot disk. It appears that there is also a copy of lilo on the boot disk. If this is true, this may be the reason. I cannot use xterm because I also have a GeForce 2 GTS and I can't fit the linux driver onto a floppy and mount it when I boot up Linux. What should I do? I need to make a boot disk from the terminal, since xterm (KDE, GNOME) are out of the question for now.
