I just installed Redhat 5.1 on my machine. How do I set it up to connect to the internet via ppp? Is there a setup script and what are the commands to connect/diconnect

First of all , you must rebuild your kernel with ppp options switched.Second step: Build new devices - /dev/cua0 , you must follow to /dev directory and entter following command : ./MAKEDEV cua0 . Change your directory to /etc/ppp/ and edit ppp.conf. After you edit this file ,enter # ppp -ddial (label in ppp.conf file ) If you'ill have any troubles in future , send all messages to my e-mail !
