i have (Motorola 65k faxmodem)
i install the driver from rpm ppackage but it seems that ma computer still ignoring the modem how can i let it see the modem

I used to have same kind of problem my self, but i found the way out.
Go to control panel and open your "System" and go to system devices. Then look for exclamation mark which should be located near your modem or anywhere else. Press on the device with exclamation mark and the update driver for that device, do it manually, select option where it says: don't search i will find driver my self or something, then go to your package with drivers and select one. Press on it twice and that should do the trick. Enjoy
