Hi,

I need to unzip a file into another directory and output the status of unzip (e.g success or failure) to another file.How can it be done?

Use the STDERR to be logged in a file with the command.
Syntax will be something like below:

command 2>errfile.
Command will contain the Unzip, file to unzip and the path to unzip the file.
