FTP from UNIX to Local PC

I am having a problem with an rcp of an excel template, from my UNIX box to the local PC. I have narrowed it down to proabably a Windows Security issue. Am running XP SP2 locally. No Windows Firewall settings active. Anyone have any ideas? thanks. Liz
