how to do this? the installation does not provide an option such as "booting from floppy" so how do i get done? Write the MBR to a flopy drive yes but how? i tryd winnt dual boot but freebsd overwrote NT's MBR

Summary: Had the same problem- but somehow using an old 486 board that wouldn't support drives over 540 I managed to get a 6G drive to work. The problem where only LI comes up is not uncommon on larger drives...
