Hi Everyone,

I am pretty much new to the whole unix concept. This machine is in bad condition, even scince I got it. The filesystem is just locked into a "Read-Only" state. I've looked it up on the internet, and it says to do this...

fsck -y
mount -u
mount -a

I've done this IN ROOT. It didn't work. If anyone can help me, I would apreciate it.
