hey can you help with this I'm realy feel lost
that part of Menu
Extrant lines of text from file. the user eill specify a rang of line numbers. this will be stored in a file nominated by teh user , and wil have at teh top the following -current date -name of the file it was extracted from - the user who extracte the lines from the file
