Partition your hard disk into two partitions and install win 98 on the first and then install unix on the second. Isn't it very easy.

Partition your harddisk as NON DOS and DOS.
In the select operating system type menu select 1.UNIX to insatll UNIX.After insatlling select 4.DOS(16).For WIN NT supports FAT16 only.If You wish to install WIN95/WIN98,You can go for FAT16/32.
Make ACTIVE either one of the installed OS.
