copy jpeg from unix to xp via xp

I am trying to copy pics from a unix(Solaris) box to a xp box via the xp box. I am on a network, logged in as administrator. I get the message "c:\2 permission denied". I am on a classified govt network, so additional software is out of the question. Any ideas? Dan Daniel Shields Army Warrant Officer Unix Admin

Your signature says that you're a Unix Admin. Do you have sudo access on this box? Is samba setup on the Solaris box? Is the FTP deamon running? Do you have ssh access? Do you have proper authority to transfer data across a classified govt network?

Try to put it on another place on XP box. Maybe disk C: is full or protected for write even to administrator. Ibaul, wbr
