I uploaded this program (NetPBM) to my hosting. However, it doesn't work - they told me and my friend that to make it work, we have to compile its files to work on an Unix-based OS using SSH.

Could somebody please tell me how to do this and where I could get the things I need to do this?

Thanks!

Hi,

You need the source file of your program and and do the following, depending on what host:
./configure (gcc)
make (test)
make install

Hope it helps you,
TaaKie
