Does anyone knows how to reset a router,. I got a buddy of mine who got me this router but I dont have any idea whats the password to get in and config the router,. is there a way to reset it so I can strat from scatch,..

This works for a Cisco 675. Might for others...

Connect your 675 to your PC via the management cable (originally supplied with the router - connects between the Cisco 675 and your PCs serial port) Login to the router (using a serial port based terminal application), connect using 9600 baud, 8-N-1, no flow control. Remove the power cord, then restore power to the Cisco 675. As soon as the Cisco 675's red ALARM light comes on, hit Ctrl-C a few times to enter ROM monitor mode.
Enter the following two commands:
es 6 (erases sector 6)
rb (reboots 675)

Once the unit reboots you can re-enter your user info.
