Choose OS for squid cache.

CPU/Ram: intel p4

I want to configure Squid cache engine on Intel based server with bsd operating system. Doing basic search I found there are 3 types of bsd 1) freebsd 2) openbsd 3) netbsd Which one out of there 3 would be best for squid wccp2 cache engine?

Also please give my any links, which compares freebsd vs openbas vs netbsd.
