Change IP on Solaris 2.6 SPARC20

Our campus IS people have asked me to change
the IP address on our SPARC20, but NOT the machine
name. I am not familiar with the process, though
can see files in /etc where the IP address is
referenced. But I suspect I have to do this
through command line execution.
Can someone point me to a website or FAQ that can
walk me through this?

#ipconfig dnet0(nic card specification) new ipaddress up----for that session.

#sysconfig---for change all the configurations
