Subject: Average bandwidth value from Iperf
OS: Linux
CPU/Ram: Pentium 4
Model/Manufacturer: intel
Comment:
Hi

I'm new to shell scripting.
I'm trying to develop an automated script to run the UDP performance using Iperf.

In this regard i need to capture the average bandwidth result from Iperf into a variable. Is there a way to do it directly from Iperf instead of saving the output to a log file and using grep command to search for the bandwidth value.

Thanks in advance
