arplookup: unable to enter address

OS: OpenBSD 3.7
CPU/Ram: P4 1.4

Every few minutes I recieve /bsd: arplookup: unable to enter address for 0.0.0.0 pop up on the console screen. The server is obtaining an ip address via dhcp from a router. The router is obtaining an ip address from another router. Both routers are on the same subnet and so are the workstations that connect to them.

I would appreciate any help I can get on this issue as I have not found the solution on google
