i have configured the que in aix 4.3.. when ever i am giving a print job the que is getting down.. i removed entire bos.prt_tools but still i am not getting problem sorted out..

I had this problem. I was trying to configure a remote print queue and the remote print server is xerox doc center. Then i checked xerox manuls and there is says that the remote printer name should be 'lp'. I tried that and it worked. I don't know if this will help you. Good Luck Raj
