How do I get dual boot on the fly ? At the moment, I disconnect one disk (power supply only) and the system picks up the OS on the connected disk without problems. Both the disks are Primary master. Also, is there any preference on which OS should be on the master ? Thanks. -ASR
I dont know why you are disconnecting the power supply of the hdds to just boot from another? There is a simple way that we everyone are aware of!
Just at the booting time enter into the cmos setup and go to advance setup options in which you can find "BOOT OPTIONS". In that menu change the value to C,CDROM,A or D,CDROM,A. So you could boot from different hdds corresponding to your first boot device int the option.
