I see they also provide News Groups on Usenet......and your concerned about rapid share?

Most people get busted for what they are uploading, how they do it and if they are disruptive.

I guess you could call them and then they will know who to keep an eye on. LOL

Does Cox monitor what you download? I read their policy and privacy statement....must have missed it.
