No, but I sure would have liked to have been a member of the wait-staff to collect from that one-time economic stimulus package.

I would rather be the moron that could afford that sort of dinner date. Just imagine what I could pocket as we pull away from the burger king drive through.

Likely

I want to go like my grandfather did. Peacefully in his sleep. Not screaming at the top of my lungs like the passengers in his car.

Here in the UK, the mega-rich are glorified. Yet no one seems to ask how they became so rich, so quick and in the case of the Russians came from no-where.

I wonder are the vast sums 'borrowed' from their corporations and if so how?

It should be remembered that many such companies received huge loans from our banks. These were made without sufficient security, contributing to the recent depression scare.

This itself could have been just scaremongering as it did not happen, but was forecast when the loan extent became general knowledge.

Never fear though, thanks to our government, Joe Public is paying and will continue to do so.

Do not expect to ever find Roman or friends in the dole queue at the Benefit Office.

Good Luck - Keep us posted.

It would have been a much cheaper lunch minus the wine and truffles.
