I use DSL: 6 mb/s down, 1 mb/s up, no download cap...yet. Hope it stays that way.

How about you? 2400 bps? 100 mbps?

My Cable internet has:
7125 kb/s download speed
732 kb/s upload speed
(Results from speedtest.net)

I have a 100GB cap. The speed is good for what I use the net for. My ISP has great customer service and the internet rarely goes down.

Changes depending on the time of day. Too many
people ( I am sure they are some type of geeks ) on at prime times.

ADSL1 256kbps down, 128kbps Up. 20GB a month limit.

Yeah, the internet infrastructure sucks in Australia. Or at least the services they provide the public with do. Downloads max out at 25KB/s. We have to pay $80 a month for it too!
