I have installed Intel Solaris on my PC, but cannot seem to get the X Server to start. Everytime I use kdmconfig to configure it the system locks up.
I have and ATI All-in-Wonder card with a Rage 128 chipset (which appears to be supported), and an ADI ProVista monitor for which I can find suitable resolution and sync. frequency.
For some settings I see a message that says that the server could not be started, but no further information. Generally it just locks though.
