Where's smb.conf file in new Solaris 8?

hi;
I couldn't find smb.conf in this new Solaris 8 which seems to be the latest( dated; august 01 ). I just bought it from Sun. I found all other samba files in /opt/sfw/bin and sbin directories. There's no /usr/local directory. I created smb.conf file under /etc/ or /etc/samba, but the problem is: it loads the default workgroup name - which isn't mine. Under Windows network Neighbourhood I see 2 workgroups. I used the find command and Webmin to no avail. I installed all the distro and I'm sure the default smb.conf is hidden somewhere I can't find. The one I create never gets loaded at all.
