Solaris 8.

If I run vmstat on our server, it reports:

Swap:
5540080

According to the vmstat man page, The swap statistic lists free swap in KB's. The problem is that I know that our server has one swap slice of 4GB, so unless I am missing something, the above statistic cannot be right. Has anybody any idea’s?

You may want to take a look at the swap command.
