Vim installation in solaris

Hi,
Can anyone help me out in installing vim in solaris.What r the dependency files needed for installing in my intel x86 box.I downloaded ncurses,gtk+,glib and vim but still when i run vim it says segmentation fault core dumped...
Can anyone tell me the installation procedure ????
