Hello

I have received my new V240 from sun with cd rom, 4 disks 2 gig ram and 1 Usparc III processor,

I see when I do a probe-scsi command at the OBP I get a bus fault error.
Sun replaced my Motherboard and I still get the same. All ribbon cables etc look ok, but Im lost,

Anyone seen this , or noticed similar behaviour?

Thanks

Jonob

Just did a lot of testing on this,
Swopped out all drives,
removed them and reinstered them, and it appears to occur in slot HD0 only,

Apparently Sun Support say there is a control board for this that is most likely on the blink.

Thanks

Jonob
