using KVM Switch on solaris10

i have solaris10 installed on my computer after installing it i connected it to a KVM switch.the problem is that the keyboard and the mouse do not work in the CDK environment.can u tell me how to install it

Wild guess alert!
My guess is that the kvm switch has a keep alive signal that fools the computer into thinking that the keyboard is still connected. If you were to install the OS with the switch blanked to another computer the keep alive might report as a different????
I would install the OS with the kvm installed and switched to that computer.
