trouble in booting

i have some trouble in bootind my device(ultraspark1).If anyone can help me , i will very glad.

1-when i turn my computer on, it displays " Power on self test failed. Cause:ECache Data U0201-U0204, system board.
2-When ý enter "boot cdrom - install" command, "Loading/platform-sun4u/ufsboot" is received, and does not go futher.
