Hello! I have a unix machine.(OS:SunOS 5.7(Solaris7) System:Ultra5/10 SPARC-IIi) That machine is often rebooted after outputing following messages:
"/pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@3(ata0); timeout:abort request target=0 lun=0 Warning:Drive not ready before set_features"
I don't know how to fix that machine. Please help me!

Drive not ready before set_features
During the initialization process of the drives, the driver needs to set the feaures such as dma mode/pio mode etc. for the drives. The above stated message would come if the drives are not ready to be programmed. Setting of features would fail. This could indicate a fatal problem with the drive.
