Hello!
I have a unix machine.(OS:SunOS 5.7(Solaris7)
System:Ultra5/10 SPARC-IIi)
That machine is often rebooted after outputing following messages:

"/pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@3(ata0);
timeout:abort request target=0 lun=0
Warning:Drive not ready before set_features"

I don't know how to fix that machine.
Please help me!

Drive not ready before set_features

During the initialization process of the drives, the driver needs to set the feaures such as dma mode/pio mode etc. for the drives. The above stated message would come if the drives are not ready to be programmed. Setting of features would fail. This could indicate a fatal problem with the drive.
