system crash down.panic error. help

OS: solaris 8.0
CPU/Ram: Ultar 10

this can happen anytime, and very frequently, sometimes just a couple minutes interal, giving the following error information:

Panic [cpu0] /thread = 2a100057d60:
Simba1: PBM detected aprity error.
Simbal: PBM generated system error.
pci-0: generated Target Abort.

Simba0: PBM detected parity error.
Simba0: PBM generate
syncing file system .... 69 20 panic [cpu0]/thread = 2a10003fd60; panic sysnc timeout
dumping to /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s1 offset 103219200
100% done 4324 apges damped, compression ratio 3.09 dump successed.

reboot..

sometimes, the system doesn't reboot/restart at all, I have to turn off the power to restart.

It looks like you have a CPU issue maybe w/the Ecache. How many CPU's and what type of system?
