Hello
I have problem connecting a new sunray thin client to my existing working Sunray sever on Ultra 10 with 9 Clients.

all my 9 working clients are of model CaronaP2 and they are working fine.

I bought some new thin clients they are of model CaronaP1 when i connected the new client the system came up and its working but i get a icon ( message ) which according to the documenatation is for downloading prom(failed).

I checked the system and the autodownload of prom was not enabled , which i enabled and then ran utfwadm -A -e -n hme0 :port no its not working. I checked the process for any web service running and there is just one service which is for directory service so i assume the web server for sunray administration was not installed.

Under this conditions please can someone help me to resolve this issue so i can connect the new thin clients successfully without any messages.

thanks in advance Mohammed
