Comment:

We have a Sun Fire 880 that has been running for a few weeks well (new system). Today during lunch, it rebooted itself. No crash dump, no syslog entry, nothing in watchdog either. We're running Oracle 8.0.5 with Veritas 3.x. Physical security has been established in the server room. What else can I check to find out what the hell happened?

Hi-

I would check /var/adm/messages and see if something was recorded there...
