I configured samba but I keep getting the following output when i test the deamons"when issueing the following test command(/usr/sfw/bin/smbclient -U% -L ams-console) added interface ip=161.63.10.198 bcast=161.63.10.255 nmask=255.255.255.0 session request to AMS-CONSOLE failed (Not listening for calling name) session request to *SMBSERVER failed (Not listening for calling name) when I try to map this server (ams-console) in the windows 2000 environment I receive the following error message"the mapped network drive could not be created because the following error has occured "the remote computer is not available" ofcourse I made sure that the server is pingable and accesible from that 2000 machineand i configured the smb.conf file and services file and inetd.conf file . i do not know it anymore
