It's on the same key as "~", near Escape. The purpose of the "`"s, aka "backticks" in the UNIX world, is to expand to the result of running whatever command is in them. The pwd command prints the working directory. Thus, the command you want to run expands to "pkgadd -d /whatever/directory/you/are/in".
