Hi, I installed Solaris 8 on my computer but, it would not detect my video card (NVIDIA TNT 2 M64 PRO).

When I start up the Solaris 8, I can get in the command mode. But the xserver would not start up.

Please help....

Run kdmconfig and select standard video card which's generic 16 resolution. You could use F4 to add it at installation time.
